That would make us much better now rather than waiting 2-3 years on Woods to help us. Then I would trade Hendu/future pick to Toronto for Clark and then sign Travis Best as a FA. Making that deal would increase their payroll by a significant margin and cause them to have even more salary cap issues than they do at the present time. Right now, they are trying to decide how they can pay Olowokandi, Brand, Odom, Magette and others. If they did the deal, they would have to figure out how to pay Theo AND Toni in addition to Brand, Odom and Magette next year (03/04). Then, the following year (04/05), they will have to figure out how to pay Miles, Dooling and Richardson. The other problem is that they don't have the players (at least players they would be willing to part with) to send back to us in trade in order for the deal to work.
