Your starting 5 would be Jeff, Korver, Junkyard, Horf and Knees, with Millsy, Sweet Lou, Jenkins, World's Best Boss making up a solid 2nd team foundation and Cunningham + Muscles for mop-up minutes. That's only 11, so you'd still need a backup point and some other filler, or bring the rookies over.

I think a team built around Horford/Bynum is the best frontline in the East -- with Bynum's knees a BIG caveat -- and can make the ECF. Millsap/Lou would be the best 2nd-unit tandem in the league. DO IT FERRY

As for the metric itself, I see it kind of like democracy: the best of a bunch of imperfect options.

Really, if there's any takeaway for the average fan (whoever that is) from reading those books, it's two words: misses matter.
