  1. Yeah, that is actually a great move for Cleveland I believe. Mozgov was the best big man on the market to be moved, and they did what they had to do to get it done. I may be higher on Mozgov than most, but they needed a big, and I think they got the only available one who could actually make a difference for them. I don't think you can criticize that move much-- if at all.
  2. This would have been a nice night to have...........Zaza. Good to see Teague and Millsap both ball out to avoid a trap game. CawCawwww Who am I kidding...every night is the perfect night to have Zaza.
  3. I stayed away yesterday as to not rub it in...but I may be around tonight to cheer on Zaza....and the Hawks.

    Rebounding?!

Don't do it! I ordered a box of Dunkaroos from Amazon, ate one of them, and found out I had cancer the next day. Obviously it wasn't the Dunkaroos, but holy shit that is some terrible joojoo.
  5. I think you may have been misunderstanding what people really wanted when they were saying "star", "gamechanger", and "future hall-of-famer"... The people want Zaza back, isn't it obvious? He is meant to be on this team-oriented squad...giving high fives and sweaty hugs to the team's hardworkers.... Just picture this now: Hawks, down 1 with 5 seconds left in Game 7 of the NBA Finals against the Spurs. Popovich and Budenholzer glaring at it each other--both looking rather disheveled--a perfect shot about to be captured by a cameraman...until Zaza slips on the towel he just put down on the ground, knocks the camermaman over, and looks to have sprained his ankle badly. The grunt that accompanied the slip was a rather Zaza-esque "AGhHG". Zaza was down, and hurt... He gets up, with the help of his teammates--namely Muscala who has grown to call Zaza "Uncle Z", and he walks to the bench. He sits for a second, looks up at Coach Bud with this look in his eye : and tells coach that he can't do it; "Coach~!!, I know I could hit game-winner dunk right now, but i trust our guys ott there. I will be the true team-player we need and sit out this life-change moment for the good of the team..." The whole team stops for a second, turning to Zaza with a look of pure confusion and hilarity. Bud walks up to Zaza, placing a hand on his shoulder and looking into his eyes, and says "I appreciate that Zaza...but you weren't even going in." The whole team has a huge chuckle in unison as Zaza shrugs and smiles at the camera, giving a thumps up. Obviously the Hawks go on to win on a Korver alley-oop to himself-- because he was in such a great mood. But...just imagine that. :')
  6. Damn i'm starting to like Muscala a lot.
  7. I think it's pretty obvious that i'm #1. Though, if you're gonna make a list, put me at #27-- for obvious reasons.
  8. I come back to the Squawk more for the people than the team these days now that Zaza is gone so of course i'ma toss out a prayer and a day full of thoughts for you Wretch. If it's medical-related, feel fre to hi me up if you wanna talk about anything. My cancer dilemma has really changed my outlook on life and I feel like I can be a nice conversation partner if nothing else. Stay up buddy, your family is lucky to have somebody so concerned for their well-being, safety, and happiness.
  9. I mean, many of us were skeptical when he got signed whether or not he would be able to contribute in the NBA. He looked a bit slow and way too perimeter-oriented even in his highlight tape. Now we are seeing what happens when he doesn't have confidence in his shot-- he often becomes a non-factor on the court. I'm bummed to see it though, because I like how he didn't back down from West in the playoffs. He seems like he has grown to enjoy the situation and his teammates here in Atlanta, and I have full faith that he would be one of the first to square up against somebody to protect his teammates. The European-mobster badass-ness can only go so far though; Pero: hit your shots.
  10. I miss you guys. Everyone on the Bucks forum is a butthead when Zaza plays poorly, and they don't like the Zaza humor either. TRADE BACK FOR ZAZA, PLEASE

    NBA 2k15

I'm tossing up 1/16 games with Korver non-stop...
  12. I'm down man. Dolfan, how old are you, by the way?
  13. Damn, Oxy? On the come up. Good luck with the recovery. Let me know when you wanna share a beer and i'll bring over some six packs and i'll bust you in 2k15 at your own house!

    NBA 2k15

That was me last year. 185-8 online w/ the Pistons, Hawks, and Bucks. Won 100 in a row at one point :')

    NBA 2k15

@Dolfan23- I got it to work on my xBox One-- no problem. Sorry you're still having problems. My Hawks squad turned out nearly perfect-- besides the fact I only have two Hawks. PG: Bledsoe SG: Korver SF: Hayward PF: Anthony Davis C- Javale McGee Bench: Schröder Fournier Vince Carter Taj Gibson Zaza Cleanthony Early and Otto Porter.

    NBA 2k15

I'ma see if I can get that to work for me right now.

    NBA 2k15

Damn, 2k15 sucks in my opinion. Gameplay, presentation, and fluidity went the NBA Live route, and they messed with the shots just enough to make it annoying. Not a fan at all.
  18. After getting terrible news last week, it seems as though things are looking up. They were certain that the cancer had spread to my bones, but I got a second opinion and got more blood work done and all the tumor markers were normal (meaning no cancer right now). While the doc says that I still have a huge chance for it to spread (still likely to my bones), I am cancer-free at this very moment. Life is great. :')
  19. Hey man, I've never talked to you before, but I just lost my left nut from cancer and it just spread to my bones and it is getting worse to the point where they aren't sure if I will survive, but I have one piece of advice: holy shit, enjoy every time you wake up now. Every day you wake up, do something badass before you go to sleep. Shit, if I die at 24 I am certain at this point that i'm going to have enjoyable days before I die. Should have been thinking about it the whole time, but f*** it. Make a point to seek happiness more ever day now. You're in my thoughts bud.
  20. I think Zaza would actually be great in this new ball-movement oriented system. He was #1 or 2 in the NBA last year in assist rate for centers, and really looked to be comfortable on the Bucks at the top of the key initiating the offense at times... WHY is Zaza not here anymore!? On a side note, I also think that Matt Freije coulda been a nice 15th man to rain threes in blowouts.
  21. Don't worry, you'll never have me trying to say Beasley isn't an idiot, haha
  22. Drug issues? Just because he gets caught with weed a bunch doesn't give him a drug issue, just an intelligence issue. I stil maintain that a large amount of NBA players/MLB players/NFL players pine down; the smarter ones just don't get caught. I will never discount a player for marijuana charges.
  23. Because he can most likely be had for 1/3rd the price of Scott (vet min or 1.5/year), and it will interest me as a fan. I like the fact that Beasley can be an extremely good scorer even when his defense is horrible, and I want to see what he does knowing that this might actually be his last shot. And I have no problem with Beasley's shot selection last season. The biggest thing is that it would excite me as a fan to see how the season plays out.
