Hopefully, we make the playoffs this year so Phoenix doesn't get a lottery pick. I remember last year on one of Sekou's blogs I think Doc and Ken said hold off on lynching BK, and I believe they were right.

Bottom line they should have never drafted Yi; they knew Yi did not want to come to Milwaukee, and now the have created a big mess. I thought we ( Hawks fans) were in bad shape b/c of the ownership situation, but the Buck fans have to feel like crap. Your first round draft choice refuses to play for your team, and their ownership and gm knew this several weeks before the draft. I blame Yi & Co. along with the GM, and then the ownership. Yi should be happy to play in the NBA. The GM knew better, and the ownership should have vetoed the GM.

I think it will be easy for him to have a good year. Jason Kidd will help his numbers inflate. Look what he did for M. Moore. Plus this season he'll be playing for a new contract. Last but not least he has a helluva supporting cast.

Our front office situation is a big joke. We are the only team in the NBA not participating in the Free Agency. The front office will wait until the last minute, and then we'll get a mediocre player ala Speedy, and L Wright. I wouldn't mind if Blank was the sole owner. Say what you want about Blank, but at least he's the type of owner who will aggressively go after good players during free agency. Some moves are good, while others are a little suspect, but at least he tries. That’s a lot more than I can say about our current situation. I love the team, but the front office sucks.

I think Shelden is capable of averaging a double/double. It's good to see Horford's article on espn.com. Hopefully this year we can get at least two nationally televised games.

They will show the RMR games next week. At least that is what the did in the previous years. Last year they were tape and aired a few days later.

I don't see another losing season. I think the Hawks are going to make some serious noise this season. I think this could be the year we return to the playoffs.

I think we will be in good shape with Speedy and Law.

Thanks for the 411. I would love to see some of their practices. Law vs Speedy, Chills vs JJ, and the other eight forwards going toe to toe.(LOL) But for real I know the practices should definitely be very competitive.
