  1. because yahoo has started again and I'm game for another h-2-h league
  2. a) we're about 20 million under the cap (not counting speedy and shelden), but for the trade to take place, I'm pretty sure we should be under the cap for the total value of the trade, so 8, but we're good there so no problem b) Al is an unrestricted FA, so he doesn't hold any value towards our cap, he can sign anywhere he pleases BUT if he wants a bigger salary then the MLE he'll want us to trade him so he can earn a bigger payday with higher yearly raises
  3. Chris Webber, Allan Houston and now Amare Stoudamire. He is however alot younger having the procedure so who knows. Did he sign the extension on time or what?
  4. well the header on yahoo says we have to have an even number of gms for the draft to take place, so I'd say post it on hawks.realgm to get a full league (one spot open) if nobody here joins in the next 5 days (12 days left to the draft).
  5. well all I know is that I joined the other one, still spots open
  6. so hey, is the rest of this forum going to join or what?
  7. I dunno what's going on with the fantasy leagues as well but I joined this one to be sure
  8. So what's the deal with this yr's h2h league? Who is doing it this season? Dolfan or chillzz or who?
  9. is this really the official one? doesn't dolfan do the rather large h2h league?
  10. no deal besdies what we really need, in my opinion, is a solid defensive pg like Earl Watson
  11. aiight, Belkin will be removed and bought out of his share. Is the amount he'll receive set or will he drive up the price?
  12. I don't know, he looked pretty awful in summer league. He has the size, athletic ability to be a great player but his mind just isn't in it. Having said this, I'd do it, but hopefully they'd include something else too (like and/or Delfino, Acker, future 2nd rounder)
  13. and wait there's more http://www.draftexpress.com/viewarticle.php?a=1058
  14. http://www1.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archive...ior_tournament/
  15. Whoah, your pal is a cold hearted dude. But yes, we need to add a c in the worst way, and Curry has the makings of being a very good c. His health and work ethic is what makes him available and we should pounce on it, however not by giving him the moon. So yes a high number, with some incentives (most def weight, games played) but a semi-high starting point regardless.
  16. INdeed, incentive clauses all the way !! I think you need to have the caproom for his maximum reached incentives possible contract (so you can't circumvent the cba) but that's a must do if he wants a whole lotta cash to sign here. If he's reasonable in his contract demands then ok, if he wants Dalembert numbers we need incentives to protect ourselves. Ok then, a weight clause, a production clause, a games played per year clause, double double and triple double bonuses, wins, playoffs, that sorta thing.
  17. Wait, didn't Marvin not mind coming off the bench, as long as they were winning in NC?
  18. Felton Shmelton, I guess the 5th pick would be spend on a pg regardless, and if Deron and CP are taken, then it would be Raymond.
  19. Oh I'd be thrilled if we got Bogut
  20. Well I'm guessing there will be an age limit of 19, http://www.insidehoops.com/lockout-interview-061305.shtml (must read btw if it hasn't passed here already) so it isn't next but the draft after that when Oden will be available. That will be a deep size draft though, with Greg Oden, Kevin Durant and Brandan Wright looking like other yrs #1 picks.
