I have seen this idiot shoot jump shot after jump shot ...miss after miss until Lucas had to pull his ass and sit him. JT DG Ira SAR Theo Too bad nobody listened to me...hehehe .....Is Ira under contract for next year? I know DG will be gone probably. See what most people fail to realize is that sure u can point out flaws in IRA and DG and JT individually...but they can become a very good TEAM with Theo and SAR. Big Dog and Ham should be gone.

Dion is aggressive and that is what we need. Sometimes we need a player to put his head dpwn and take it hard to the rack...it makes big men think twice about trying to take a charge later in the game. The only flaws in Dions offensive game is he leads with the ball when going up in traffic..should lead with that strong body...also he has to learn to hit wide open no dribble jump shots...seems as though he has to take a dribble or a pull up jumper to be comfortable..I do like the way his is handling the ball at the top allowing JT Dog and Reef to screen and come off screens.

Yeah get rid of Dog...start Ira Newble at SF....get a Brent Barry or Alvin Williams to start with JT...get a veteran swingman like Person or Jim Jackson to come off the bench...then hire Mike Fratello and we will be in the two years away from the finals. Sounds simple doesn't it?

We need a must get a 6 5 + guard that can handle and defend like Alvin Williams, Brent Barry, maybe Snow, Jamal Crawford...so we can let JT score and not think. We need a GLUE type guard.... a stabilizer...I wouldn't blow the team up completely until we tried that....and hire Fratello!...at the very least it would inspire some interest in the team.

Please...that right there is a classic jump shooting team...when the shots don't fall...and that would be often because NVE JT are streaky. Nazr loves to shoot the jump shot ...we all know about Dog. So when the jump shots are not falling ...they double Reef...we have no one who can't get all the way to the basket and finish. On top of that that group would suck defensively ...you know what all that equals...blowouts. NVE/JT backcourt would never work...we need a stabilizer...not another person to come down stop a foot across halfcourt and jack up a three. Alvin gives us a lot...we don't need john stockton...he is enough of a PG to get things done. There to handle when we run JT and Dog around screens..he makes good decisions.
