    They aren't trading Embiid. The fact that Morey didn't offer Harden a max extension perhaps is a sign he's finally coming to his senses. There is nothing worse than over paying/over extending past their prime players.

    Boston had no choice. Either give him a max or trade him. For the most part teams don't trade their stats in their prime, they just don't. Not unless the player is insisting on leaving. I suspect Boston took no pleasure in giving him this deal. This is the issue for teams. The best player in the league gets the same contact as the 20th best player. It sucks, but it is what it is.

    Minny isn't trading Towns. They are going to give the Gobert/Towns pairing one more year at least. I'll make an avatar bet with anyone that Towns remains with Minny at least through 23-24 season.

    Maybe the Hawks should look elsewhere. Toronto is known to be a difficult and/or reluctant trading partner. There has to be something else out there that could improve our team.
