Murray and Bogi are pretty nice pieces. We better be getting something solid back. Market for CC and DH is probably fairly tepid.

Seems to be you would want the side chicks close by. How else are you going to see them? I'm presuming these are mostly sex based relationships. In light of that, having them live thousands of miles away doesn't make much sense.

They aren't salary dumping KAT. That isn't happening. A-ROD and company will find a way to shed other salary or they will just bite the bullet and pay the tax.

Draft has no generational prospects either. Like 5 or 6 guys could go number one. There is virtually no benefit to tanking this year.

Well CC and Dre are the most obvious trade pieces. Market for them is probably like warm at best. DJ and JJ are the most attractive trade assets we have, but I'd prefer they stay.

I would go soft rebuild. Draft picks, cap flexibility. Sucks, but that's how it goes sometimes.

Yea, but does Presti like Trae's game? He's on a max, it would be a big commitment for them. Plus, SGA is doing a good job for them. I don't see them making that trade in the near term.

Yea I'm not a fan of trading away draft picks, so I would also go with the soft rebuild.

Hawks need a dominant wing or big. I know, good luck finding one of those. But I still think ideally, Trae would our number 2 to dominant big or wing. -
No one is trading for Trae to be their main guy. It's hard to see a return that's viable. We'll probably just get low ball offers. Then Trae might catch wind that we were fielding offers. Trae is very sensitive and prickly, he will be incensed. This is going to get ugly.

He just extended with us. There's no way we could trade him. That's just not it works in the NBA unfortunately.
