To get nice reactions from the average Traetor (many of whom qualify as Lukistans) I always like to point out the Luka shoots as many or more 3s as Trae at almost 5% less efficiency. So the chucker would be Luka Recently on B/R and twitter, I like to point out the fact that Trae's True Shooting % is higher than Luka's too. One other item to elevate blood pressure is to bring out the On/Off court splits where Luka barely pushes the needle at +1.4 while Trae lands in the upper 10% at +7.7.

The Man, the Myth, the... Okay, @Thomas , I'm getting carried away, but Trae is tied with Shaq with 10 40+ pt performances in his first 2 seasons. Some interesting tidbits, Trae has hit 39 points 3 other times with Shaq only once. Trae has averaged less FGA too. -

I agree!!! Some players can perform regardless of systems and personnel. Others, however, only shine in the right system. I believe Atlanta (even under Bud) did a great job of maximizing the players they had and building value through the right "fit." That has been one of the challenges this season is that when we had Collins out and Huerter so quickly...our system broke down immediately. Rookies don't know a system yet. I certainly am much more optimistic about the 5 now!!! Can't believe we have Capela and Ded...truly didn't see it coming.

D'Antoni is a great person...humble and approachable! He marches to his own drum and I love it! Rockets are my second favorite team...grateful to see D'Antoni in the "hood" (loosely using that word for the Westside of Houston)
