I know I saw this tweet and almost hurled first mention of Cam in any trade. Don’t think I am ready to give him away...not for Capela and definitely not for TT.

Having lived in H-town for a long time now, I have loved Capella and think he fits the Hawks nicely. Not only that, but his contract is not a back breaking contract!!!

I am a fan of capella and his energy and effort on the court. He was on my list a few years ago, we weren’t ever going to get him then. Depending on what it will take, I am very excited about this addition. Still in his early prime too!

Correct! As I stated earlier, all I have are stats right now and I’m not sure how he’d be an upgrade on Collins. I haven’t seen how he plays defense and who he tends to guard. If he is more perimeter D, then that would explain those horrific numbers. Not to mention his foul rate is high.

We need all the boards we can for sure. I haven’t watch JJJ much however. Just from looking over stats, I am not sure he’d be worth Collins and a first at all. Not sure how he helps us in a 2-for-1 swap. I am just looking on here and am open to seeing the light

I actually think the World Roster is strong.

If I'm the Mavs or Hawks, I'd prefer my stud player not to be involved in another game on top of the AS game. By definition, if you are already an "All-Star" you really can't be considered a "Rising Star." Share the love, plenty of other players to bring in for Trae and Luka! At least that is my opinion. Trae needs some rest and so does Luka. Both of their usage rates are over 34%

Sounds like she is cherry picking her sour grapes and her stats!!!! The only cherries Trae is picking are open teammates, deep 3s and deadly floaters on a nightly basis!!!!

My only issue is saying Doncic is a better passer...I'm not sold on that one statement...we will see. To me, Trae's vision and passing are really top tier. No doubt Doncic has a great BB IQ and that leads to anticipatory assists, but Trae is unreal in that arena too. My one issue is that Trae is still trying too many long passes that lead to TOs, but he also makes a lot of those too. Ironically, Trae's usage has gone up this year. His AST% has gone up this year. BUT (and this is a positive thing) his TO% has dropped from last year.
