Does anyone know what we offered DMC, if anything?

I'd love Jae Crowder. He's not DMC, but he should be a decent bargain for a solid player.

Gotta hope that we have some trade plans for him.

Splitter is older and costs a bit more. I'd prefer MP2 with some cap flexibility.

I bet ya'll would have liked trading #15 for Mason Plumlee now, huh? I like Splitter. I hope that he can bring some toughness on the block. But I hate using that much cap space for a backup center. As a matter of fact, I bet we got him as a starter. Adding offense at the SF position is very important now, especially if we lose Sap.

I'd trade Teague for Okafor in a heart beat. Oak is light years better than those two. He should have been the top pick in the draft. He won't be a superstar, but he'll be a regular all star.

I too am in favor of Osman. He might sneek into the first round though.

He's someone that I hoped would fall to us in teh second round, but someone will take a gamble on him before then. He's a first round talent (great rebounder-best rim protector in the draft). But too risky ata 15.

Honest question for those of you very familiar with the salary cap: Is there really any chance that we can sign Sap and DMC without asking one to make a huge sacrifice? Perhaps backload some of Carroll's money? He takes a lot of heat on NBA boards, but I'd love to take a gamble on Austin Rivers. He's a guy who can play both guard positions. He's a capable shooter, although streaky. very explosive first step. He's a big game player too, showing that in college and in the playoffs. He'd be a great player to bring off of the bench behind Korver. He adds something different to the table. Certainly a better option than Jenkins (and Mack IMO)

Many I would love to land Jimmy Buter. In Chicago, he would always be in the shadow of Derrick Rose. Here, he could be the superstar that we need. Of course, he's a restricted free agent and the Bulls will match whatever we throw at him.

Matt Jones shut Dekker down in the title game. He just hasn't impressed me much. Oubre at 15 would be perfect. I'm just not sold on Booker. Honestly, I think I'd prefer we got with Looney. IMO he can be converted into a long 3 man. Rebounds and plays defensive with range.

Define "aren't doing anything." We made the ECF. Every EC team other than the Cavs would gladly trade places with us. And I'd love a superstar player. But there aren't any lining up for us right now so we have to use another philosophy. I think the one that we are using has done us pretty damn well.

They were just the better team. The Finals gets the best two teams. Should be a good one.
