If you really want to look at ahead, check out:

    Sekou Doumbouya

    Kostas Antetokoumpo

I'm so angry with you right now . I wanted the Hawks to select Doncic but Greek Freak 2.0 !?!  Lawd let him be available for the Hawks.

Thanks.  He'll be 20 if he enters the draft next year.  Redshirted to develop a little more. I LOVE reading that.

More BS.   I guess Prince and Bembry are ruined now because of 1 year with Dwight???  If you want to worry about Personalities... check your PG.  Between he and Dwight, he is the only one that has been suspended by the coach because of personality issues.

Why do you bring up Dennis in every thread?  We get it you don't like him.  Guess what!  He's the PG of the Atlanta Hawks and if you are a Hawks fan it seems you would want him to develop and turn in to the best PG in the league.  It seems you don't like Dennis because he's not Jeff Teague.  Did he murder one of your kids?

  3. What are your thoughts on Alex Len?  I think he'd be a pretty good center for the Hawks. He rebounds and he's decent on defense.   I'm not sure if Phoenix will extend a qualifying offer to him. If the Hawks can get him for $6 to $10 million year I say pull the trigger.

I've never watched Nick Richards, but why is he in high school if he's only 2 months younger than our first round pick who was a sophomore in college? Seems odd.

He was discovered in Jamacia at a late age, so that probably has something to do with it.

Dean Demakis with the opening salvo against the overhyped group of high school seniors everyone wants to tank to get:

We will have to see how these guys do in college, but there is no doubt that they will be overhyped.  The only one that may actually live up to the hype is Luka Doncic, who is an international prospect.

The guy I like for the Hawks is Wisconsin's Ethan Happ.

Luka is the only player I would accept a ONE year tank for.  He's just so Hawksy and he's only 18 and has played professional for 2 years.

At the center position I think Nick Richards will turn into a great center for the Hawks. I believe Collins will be the PF of the future.

Against the Warriors in the first game where Leonard played, Aldridge had 28 points but in the next three games Leonard did not play in, Aldridge had 8 points, 18 points and 8 points. Understanding that the competition is much greater against the Warriors than the Rockets and all but it shows what some have said about him along with the baggage. Add to that do we know how serious that "heart arrhythmia problem is".

If he's unable to play again,, doesn't his salary come off the books?

If he does get dealt, I do think it'll be to PHX.

Although it seems SAS is trying to get something done with LMA, potentially to PHX (seems like a longshot to me tho)

    I wonder if we'd trade 19 for LMA+?

Depends on the plus. LMA really fell off in San Antonio.  If he couldn't do it in San Antonio, he sure as hell won't play well in Atlanta.   I'd much rather have Paul, but Paul's contract may not be as friendly, so who knows.

What a bunch of lame excuses...These are the types of deals that kill your franchise for a long time. If Bud can't control his locker room until he brings in the choir, maybe he should be next. I am so tired of Bud system that glorifies the softest big men in the league. I guess Muscala will nows have at least a 10-15 year career in the league thanks to the great one.

You do realize that GS runs a similar system to Bud, right?  It's not Bud that's making centers like Dwight obsolete, it's the rule changes. If you could hand check and do all the other things you could do in the 90's centers like Dwight would still be the center piece of your team.

As far as the trade, I'll take the wait and see approach.  What if this trade allows us to get a Paul George or Kristaps Porzingis (99% it won't happen)?  I'm ok with moving Dwight's contract. It only free up about 5 million this year, but in 2018- 2019 it frees up $18 million.  You can get a damn good free agent then and that free agent class is much better than this one.

LeBron is a pretty massive gap tho. That's like saying, we are as good as the Patriots but they have Tom Brady. Well, he's a GOAT, if you have him, you will be great.

Don't you dare @NBASupes!  That great was getting his ass handed to him by Matt Ryan and our Falcons until they ran out of gas!  You can make a lot of analogies, but please leave anything Boston related and its greatness out!  I'M STILL NOT OVER THE SUPERBOWL!

You beat me to it. You don't go from #2 pick to be used to move a bad contract and pick #27.  Lakers were seeking a lottery pick for Russell, almost got a 2nd rounder.

    But...why you talking 3rd person @kg01

I'm sick of all this sense you and @kg01 are making. I'm running out of likes today, so ya'll both get a

I'd give them anything we have. You get 7 years of control of him, and he's cheap for the next two years. We don't have as much to offer as teams like the Celtics do however, so it won't happen.

If the Celtics are smart, that's the trade they should do.  Lord don't let Danny stop collecting his draft picks!

Point out that thread *rolls up sleeves* they need sum fixin'.

No, I don't know what they were discussing.  A TPE would have to be generated through a trade with the Hawks over the cap.  Millsap leaving actually frees up cap space.

I'm not sure.  Maybe somewhere in the Paul George thread or if Philadelphia Offered the same package for Dennis thread.
