    A number of times trae has been blown by. And lauris defender collapses to cover for trae. He has shown more interest in defense during the regular season. He needs to step up the effort.

    We gotta figure out how to close games on the road. Missing JC hurts. and where is the basic iq of fouling immediately after the miss. We wasted what - 6+ seconds?

    Kyle Lowry is a dirty player. Change my mind. SMH. also. How is it a flagrant to step under a 3 point shooter and not someone driving. I get it’s bang, bang. But isn’t it the same closing out on a shooter?

    He is a career 35% shooter - still not the most ideal, but his shooting is down this year. Usage is also up so may be trying to do too much this season … which trae could help with. I don’t know enough about him/haven’t watched, but it’s an intriguing thought.

    Thinking back when it was 102-102. Capela missed 2 alley oop bunnies that were perfectly placed earlier in the game - 1 led to a fast break dunk. Then trae going 1-2 at the FT line at that stage. 7 point swing right there. Ouch!

    Unreal. Before the final 2 minutes we took 10 FT to their 25 and were out-rebounded by 16. That’s game. I want nothing to do with the raptors in the playoffs. The whistles they get at home and the physicality they are allowed to play with is outrageous.

    Length helps for sure. But they are also being more physical. We have to box out better.

    my top choice - Siakam - isn’t getting traded. I doubt the raptors move OG from what I’m reading too, although I’d like him. I have no interest in AD or Gobert. Only interested in Ayton if the cost is not too much. I’m sure this ship has sailed, but I’d trade JC for JJJ straight up … yesterday. would the suns be willing to move cam Johnson for Hunter + the cha pick (or our ‘22 pick)? Throw in a 2nd for Torrey Craig as well to clear some of their payroll? I have a hard time seeing ayton being let go and this would help keep their payroll within reason moving forward. trae / bogi / cam / jjj / cap to start and switch out cap for oo to close games fixes a lot of issues we have and keeps us financially flexible + maintains assets. if knicks go after Mitchell. Could we send value to jazz and rj barrett come down here? I think his efficiency improves significantly if he isn’t having to be THE guy.

    I’ll have to see how the playoffs play out first. But the few names I’d be really interested in are likely not available … at least without a significant overpay. I think gobert would immediately make this team a top 3 regular season team. I just am not a believer he pushes us to the next level in the playoffs. Plus his contract is a monster. And we’d have to give up a lot to get him.

    KD has kicked his legs forward on both of the previous fouls initiating the contact … that’s a 50/50 no call at best. I guess we see how that’s going.
