  1. I'll get my pick in the next hour. Sit tight. Atlanta traffic is not your friend at this time of day.
  2. Stop taking all these good players. I hear Elton Brand is out there and a good, steady veteran presence....
  3. For those interested in Myles Turner... I am open to packaging him and pick 101 up for those still looking for a C.
  4. I think the stats would be a good starting point, but I also think a large part of the team section is how the players fit together, coach quality/system. Why not set up a poll with some basic stats and let the squawkers decide?
  5. Hmm. I have a hunch I should take your word on that one....
  6. With the 69th pick the in the draft, the Volts select Myles Turner, Center. The front office had a tough choice at this pick with a handful of talented center’s left on the board, but Myles’ performance, age, and potential have us excited! Turner’s athletic ability and his ability to finish at the rim is a perfect fit with all the other shooting this team has put together. His defensive skillset & versatility is a perfect fit next to Derrick Favors in the post. We are excited for the potential this 2nd year player showed as a rookie, and can’t wait for him to take the next step! Starting 5 (Height / Weight / Age) PG- Steph Curry (6-3 / 185 / 28) SG – Evan Fornier (6-7 / 205 / 23) SF – Al Farouq Aminu (6-9 / 215 / 25) PF - Derrick Favors (6-10 / 265 / 25) C – Myles Turner (6-11 / 240 / 20) With the completion of the starting 5, the Volt’s are ecstatic how the rotation rounded out. We feel as though there are no true weaknesses with this unit. We can pass, slash, post up, spread the floor, crash the paint. On the offensive end we have players capable of playing on or off ball. Defensively we have a set of quality defenders in our forwards & center that can make up where our guards lack. On top of that - the average age of the starting 5 is 24.2 years. This team is going to grow together for quite a while! @pimpyou are now on the clock.
  7. Probably had some type of sort on and didn't reliazi it.
  8. Figured I'd try to help keep this thing going...if that's alright with everyone else. AHF gave me the to ahead.
  9. Pg - Steph SG - Fournier SF - Aminu PF - Favors C - ???
  10. Nice pick with hood. I literally flipped a coin between him and Beal with my pick. He was the guy I really wanted to try to find a way to flip Teague for this offseason!
  11. Haha. I wouldnt have to worry about that since Noel is on MY team. He'd just step in and block any attempt!
  12. - Please hold your applause until the end folks.
  13. I'll have a better write up later...but I'll take one Bradley Beal and Nerlens Noel. Mix a little d with o! Pg - SG - Bradley Beal SF - that Greek dude PF - Aldridge C - Noel
  14. If you all need a replacement..... I'd happily chip in. Just know that my first pick is going to be J Chill....every team needs that enforcer willing to lay someone out while maintaining the perfect fro.
  15. I'd say our ceiling is pushing Cleveland to 6 or 7 games in the ECF. Our floor is well, the lottery.
  16. Anyone else think Prince could get a few minutes at the 4 in the regular season in the small ball era? To me, I think expecting 15 plus minutes a game is not out of the question while still having your main rotation be baze / Korver with th and sef off the bench first.
  17. Good practice body in training camp. That's about it
  18. Kris has more to offer in a very specific, limited role. But you are crazy if you think that Hump brings more to the table than Al. There are about 109 million reasons that show Al is better.
  19. All of your gif game is on point. Yall are hilarious with those.
  20. I'd absolutely waive moose for Scott if Scott isn't going to jailand we can afford it. Idk the last time I was this excited about a team.
  21. I will miss Jeff Teauge's'. What will ol bobby r do without Teague Time?!
  22. Sobering if he started. As a 3Rd stringer, the leadership aspect is much more important for the Hawks.
  23. I'm very cautiously optimistic. I truly believe our ceiling us much higher with this team, but on the other hand, our floor is significantly lower. Time will tell, and that's part of the reason I'm so excited about this season.
  24. No. I don't want any possible distractions bringing any where else's culture into out locker room. Even if it is an upgrade at a position, sometimes the better move is to not make one. Still hopes to see some type of trade so we can resign Hump. With dwights possible injuries the last thing we need is an injury prone back up center.
  25. Just watched the game. I love Bembry's game. So smooth and smart.
