  1. Dennis' value is in the toilet. (I wish it wasn't so) Dennis has 3 years left at $15.5 mil per Hill has 2 years left - 1st year at $19 mil, 2nd year guaranteed for $1 million. There is not much cap savings in 2018/19 for Cleveland to give up the 8th pick, difference of $3.5 mil. However over the life of the contracts, Cavs will be taking on $46.5 mil for Dennis vs $20 mil for Hill.
  2. Woah woah. You need to be very careful.
  3. I just don't know how far up that gets us to be worthwhile.
  4. Agree with Supes about not moving past #5, EVER.
  5. Snyder and Atkinson weren't here with Dedmon. It's easier to 'see' development when you have top high end picks like you said. The talent is already a built in component.
  6. I think it'll be hard to move into the top 10.- Cavs wont trade #8 until LBJ makes a decision.- NYK at #9 should hold unto their pick and use and tank since Porzingis might be out for the season, Noah becomes a valuable expiring contract next offseason. They aren't making the playoffs.- Phiily at #10 is a wild card.Possibilities for salary dumps:Gallo and #13 Faried and #14 for our #30Mahinmi and #15Henson and #17Gasol and #18Dieng and #21 Bayless and #26Burks and #24John Luer plus 2019 1st from Detroit. Here's the thing, Hawks don't have capspace to make an deal before the draft. It'll be a deal in principle. I don't know how difficult it makes it in trying to combine say #14 and #19 to move up higher.I always look back to recent deals.Jazz traded Trey Lyles (former #12) and pick #24 to move up to #13 last draft. If Dennis hadn't tanked his value, him and #19 should have given us a good late lotto jump.I think we'd have to include Prince or Collins with #19 to move up and that's not worth it to me. I'm not that enamored enough with any prospects from 8-12 to do that.
  7. Prayers for you that it goes well and the best for a speedy recovery.
  8. Michael Porter Jr. had a physical, will send results to every team after holding ‘pro day’ https://collegebasketball.nbcsports.com/2018/06/07/michael-porter-jr-had-a-physical-will-send-results-to-every-team-after-holding-pro-day/
  9. good one....not. good one....not.
  10. Good......Now that the Bets and Wagers have been presented and agreed to, can we stop the Bagley/JJJ bickering and infighting? It'll be what it'll be. No need trying to convince and/or change each other opinions.
  11. .....Before the Madness Ends!!!!
  12. I'm outta likes but have as many as you like for that one.
  13. Dedmon CANNOT be offered/included/suggested in ANY trade unless he opts in.
  14. 1. Again, if a team has capspace this year, a draft day trade does not need to wait until July 1st. 2. The draft occurs BEFORE Dedmon needs to Opt in. So we can use him in any proposal at the draft since we have no idea if he'll opt in or not. 3. Not interested in Moving Collins or Prince
  15. Word was he became a deva, wanted more of the offense run for him - instead of doing what got him the big pay day to begin with. I'm more interested in the #14 pick than his actual on court play.
  16. I get the sentiment but after this years failed attempt at getting zip for Beli, Illy etc....I'm luke warm on that.
  17. Thing is though Denver has been trying to trade Faried for the past 2 seasons. He got the big pay day but his game never improved.
  18. During my hiatus, eehem elsewhere.......there were 4 trades that I wanted us to make since we were rebuilding to get additional 2018 1st round picks: 1. With the Bucks before they traded for Bledsoe. 2. Denver for Faried 3. Pistons before they traded for Blake Griffin 4. Minny for their OKC 2018 pick. All these teams that would have salary cap issues this offseason but still wanting to upgrade their team and try to stay in the playoffs or make the playoffs.
  19. No no no. Our draft should not have ANY bearing on the likes of possible free agent signings the likes of Noel and heck no to Beasley. Atlanta has capspace so every middling FA will have all eyes on Atlanta.
