Heck it took Bonds years to build up like he has. He was a bigger guy even when he came up. If anyone was a roids user it was Sosa. He went from a 125 lb SS to a huge OF in like a year. Also now he is sliding. If you look at everyone who was suspected they have all had a major dropoff in proformance except Bonds, which leads me to the conclusion that he isn't using them.

The only way this deal is good is for the Hawks. LAC won't want to pay AI and Phil would have to go into full rebuild mode. Heck they traded Snow to have a backcourt of Willie Green and AI why would they then trade AI?

When a player who is pitched around and pitched caefully to every atbat still hit like .370 it means that the guy is unreal. Also look at how few strike outs he has this year 41 compared to 232 walks!

Didn't Griff sign with NJ last year and fail badly? He couldn't even get on the court in a blowout. Why are we going crazy about a guy who should be a training camp invite and if he preforms well then stick him at the end of the bench or on IR.

It all depends on which Chris shows up. When the man is on he is almost unhitable but when he is not its BP time. However cut the guy a little slack he has appeared in 83 games and has an ERA under 4.

Sign him for the IR and let him show the team he is worth having. If after the all star break he has earned his keep then activate him but if we sign him he shouldn't eat up an active spot.

Umm why are people bashing someone who will be the 3rd C on the team? I would think that this is KWs audition to become an asst. coach next year. His main job will be to teach and if there is major foul trouble then he will get a little playing time but thats really it.

I say that you earn the PT you get. I wouldn't mind if CC started over Walker if he played better. I don't think that the fact that you are a first round pick gets you an automatic starting job. The Hawks are trying hard to change the losing culture that wont happen if you just throw out a bunch of rookies and inexperenced players. For all that my point is simple: play the people who earn the playing time.

With two major hurricanes in 3 weeks there will be a lot of people without homes and in need. I was thinking that it would be a good thing if we could possibly get the Hawks to somehow get involved and help spearhead a Hawks fan movement to help the situation that is so close to home. Hold on there D NJ is capped out for next season unless Mornings salary comes off the books. Cle has to resign big Z and that will eat a lot of their space. Pho made their moves this year and are capped out. San An has to resign Parker. That leaves us, Char, Chi, and maybe Por as the teams with cap room that isn't a whole lot. Many teams that would have cap room either spent it this year or have to resign thier own important FAs.

I would like to add a vet PG and another C. I think that our playoff chances hinge on the development of our young guys. Diaw, and the Josh's will be expected to be major contributors.

I like that deal it would give us a young C without giving up too much Losing Diaw isn't what I want to do but it improves the team so tell Billy to pull this one off.

That is horrible it would kill our ability to improve. Plus with the CBA expiring who knows what will happen after next season. There could be a hard cap.

Why is this team getting outplayed by scrubs. They need to lay off the NBA players and just create a full time national team.

At the very least the special effects were fantastic. The story was total trash and I really wish they had followed the games it would have been a great movie.
