Wurider05
I have been a Hawks fan all my life. I have watched year after year as we start our season off with he west coast road trip of Doom. But what do they do this year? Our first 9 games are against western conference teams. Our first 9 Freakin games. What kind of sh*t is that. I have never heard of this happening before 9 straight games people!!!

The Bulls go on West Coast trip every year, and play approx 8-12 games on the west coast on a single road trip.
Gray Mule
The western teams are regarded as better than the east coast teams. To prove this, the schedule makers apparently "Feed" the weakest east teams to the western conference teams to start the season. The Bulls and the Hawks are both part of the lower teams in the east. Give them plenty of games with the western teams early and let them "Fatten up" on these weaker teams. I'm sure that isn't what they do, but it does make you question what is going on, doesn't it? Hawks get their first nine games against the west. If they are going to do this, move us. The Falcons were, for years, part of the west coast division in the NFL. We were in the same division as LA & SF.

I don't know why Atlanta got the schedule they got. At least they get to play some of those games at home though. And remember the Bulls started 0-9 and then 1-12 and still made the playoffs.
