The And 1 Tour...personifying everything that is completely wrong with basketball. I should have stopped watching when that awful rap song mentioned JR Rider.

Forget And 1 as an entity...how about that damn dunk!

Can't blame And 1 for a lack of fundamentals in American basketball. And 1 is not an instructional league for young players. Its entertainment, and its darn entertaining.

Coaches need to coach on all levels. If guys are "And 1" good but don't have the fundamentals to play the right way, then GMs should be smart enough to not pick them or sign them.

I still think the nastiest dunk I've ever seen runs coninuously on Squawker24's signature line. The guy sets up to take a charge and takes nothing but sac sweat to to the head.
