WraithSentinel
HORRIBLE 3-Way Trade after 8/28 w/Theo involved: Atlanta Trade Breakdown Outgoing Joe Johnson Marvin Williams Zaza Pachulia Josh Smith Incoming Brian Scalabrine Al Jefferson Allen Iverson Andre Iguodala Boston Trade Breakdown Outgoing Theo Ratliff Brian Scalabrine Al Jefferson Dwayne Jones Incoming Josh Smith Samuel Dalembert Kyle Korver Philadelphia Trade Breakdown Outgoing Allen Iverson Samuel Dalembert Kyle Korver Andre Iguodala Incoming Joe Johnson Marvin Williams Zaza Pachulia Theo Ratliff Dwayne Jones Successful Scenario Due to Atlanta, Boston, and Philadelphia being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Atlanta, Boston, and Philadelphia had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Guest
Wow, ESPN trade checker sucks. Don't they know that Theo can't be traded for at least two months since he was just traded? Come on now, just pathetic.

Premium Member Jdawgflow Posted July 13, 2006 Premium Member Report Share Posted July 13, 2006 If I had the mind of a GS fan, whoever proposed that trade would definately be getting in the heart with a toothpick. Guess it's a good thing I am Hawks fan who NEVER overvalues their own players But, seriously, that is an absolutely terrible trade for the Hawks. No way it ever happens.
