Chris Crawford is out and won't be back for some time.

Big Dawg is out with injured back and wrist.

Hawks loose E-Mail after the first quarter for the year.

Down to nine players, what is left of the Hawks gave the

impression that they were a team and did something that

the Lakers couldn't do last night.

With Big {Turnover} Dawg out, the Hawks had fewer

missed opportunities to shoot. Some big shots came

from unexpected places as a couple of threes fell for

M.M. and Newble.

Was this us finding the acorn or could it be the

beginning of a turn around? We desperately needed

a victory - such a long dry spell.

Defense looked pretty good all night and we didn't go

to sleep for a long period of time as we had been

doing. Started E-Mail at the one and J.T. at the two.

And, it worked!! Big lead early {As usual} but we didn't

hit that wall and go to sleep. Maybe less {Players}

is actually more for the Hawks.
