I also don't know why anyone is so against Newble. At least you know he'll play solid 'D', shoot 50%, and get you 10 PPG as a starter. I'd prefer more at starting Sg too, but he's the best we got. In a related note, no offense to those who lined up behind Wilks (in lue of JT starting at point and Newble starting at the 2) after a game, but 0-for-6 will never cut it. I don't like the Mike Wilks starting experiment. I think Stotts could have done more by doing less in terms of changing the starting lineup. He could have begun teaching his system, defining the player's roles (without first turning them on their heads), etc. If the players didn't "get it" then at least we could look to fault the players. Now we must start to second guess a coach 3 games into his new job after perhaps one of the worse losses in a LONG time (during which time there have been many bad loses) against a not so good and extremely young, thin team.
