curtmcgirt
Not really, but think of it this way. Smoove has always been more comfortable driving to the basket for a high percentage shot. A lot of the frustration this year has been from his shooting from 15 feet or greater. Marv has always been more consistant as a jump shooter, but this year in summer league and in his more productive games he's cut to the basket and drawn fouls when he does. Smoove knows he has to learn to shoot so teams cant just clog the lane on both him and JJ. Marv has to learn to drive more so it can open up his shot. They are two sides of the same coin and both are getting better. I think we are seeing more progression in Smoove because he takes more high percentage shots leading to more points. Also a function of his position is to be closer to the basket. Once both can shoot and drive effectively we could honestly be looking at 3 25 point scorers in the line up when combined with JJ. Now just to get Acie Law in the Draft.
GoDawgs21
I like Law alot, but the best PG if he comes out is Collison out of UCLA. Having several 15 assist games in NCAA is nuts.
