archie44
After starting off 3-12 in Terry Stotts' first 15 games as head coach, the Hawks have gone 13-11 in their last 24 games. Somebody's wanting to keep his job.
curtisdj79
I was just thinking the same thing. But if VAn Gundy shows interest do you give it to him?
archie44
will be our next head coach if Stotts leaves.
cyman3
Stotts finishes the year strong. we either make the playoffs as the 8th seed or we just barely lose it with the 9th seed. will Babcock, being the nice guy he is, give STOTTS another chance? or will he bring in that veteran allstar coach? suppose he does bring in another coach, wat happens to STOTTS? doesnt the head coach have a BIG SAY in determining his assistant coaches? if Silas wants his crew as his assistants, what happens to STOTTS? SwatDatStuffTheo
Jeff Van Gundy is the most persued coach on the market and could pick and choose which team he wants to go to. Why would he go to the Hawks who have a limited fan base, bad management and cap [censored]? Same thing for Silas..... he's in a much better situation in New Orleans I think. I don't think we'll be able to get a veteran allstar coach. The Hawks will probably have to either keep Stotts, take a risk on a college coach or take a risk on an ex-player. So what about Kenny the jet Smith? As much as I'd miss him on TNT, I think he can be a good pro coach. He's young too
