Boston pulled out, leaving it to 2-way between minny/la, but minny wants 'high draft picks and young players' and odom is old and not a draft pick

maybe #3/chill or marvin/zaza or shelden is more enticing to them than bynum/odom that they don't like?

or maybe we do #3/filler for bynum and then la can send #3 to minny?

or kg to la, bynum/odom to indy, jermaine to us, #3/? to minny?

so we may be able to leverage the kg trade to get bynum or o'neal cheaper than if kg wasn't being traded...or may just go for kg ourselves (if he'll come here and stay here)

I don't want to screw around with these guys, except if we could keep our core and somehow get Garnett and a guarantee he'd stay here.

Odom = underachiever and emotionally unstable

Bynum = Spark when he started but now he's just garbage (Jay-Z line)

Jermaine = injury waiting to happen, sour attitude

I don't want Odom or J.O at all. I'd take Bynum, but I wouldn't overpay for him, and I think LA would insist on it. I'd love to have KG as long as we didn't trade JJ, Smith, the 11th pick, and at least one of our other 3 young forwards.

Chad Ford was just on ESPN saying the Hawks, Suns, and TWolves are talking 3-way trade .. with Garnett to PHO, Amare to ATL, and #3 and I'm not sure who else to the Twolves ... that'd be fantastic assuming Garnett doesn't want to come to ATL
