No. We didn't even discuss any trade - Besides, the

Hawks backed out - Ownership problems.

Hawks aren't intrested in drafting a needed player,

instead will pick Yi, purely for the money the Chinese

will provide with him here.

(Really? The guy has NO talent, or what?)

Hawks are going to trade both picks for vet players.

NBA teams want to move up in the draft.

Teams don't want to give the Hawks players for their

draft picks - Not anyone who would actually help them.

Can't have it both ways, you know.

Information is passed on about what MIGHT happen - -

Then, if everything falls apart, blame the messenger.

Name calling. Backstabbing. And, that's just the

nicer things said - It's the "Other" teams fault that

we didn't make the deal. Please! These NBA teams

wouldn't know the truth if it rose up and bit them.

We hear all this stuff and then - WE GO OFF!

Warning. Quit believing all these NBA people. They

lie to each other and make us believe THEY are the

good guys and everybody else is crazy - And we

swallow their bait - Hook, line and sinker.

We should all be smarter than this - Don't believe

all this bull feathers being dished out.

I'm willing to wait for conclusive evidence on our (in)actions but the Hawks horrible PR department lets them look like fools .

I'm getting excited about the draft again. But some of the rumors flying around get my feeling agitated. Especially because we've been bitten before. We were on the verge of acquiring Joe Johnson, for instance. Then the rumors started. That turned into a bigger and bigger mess until our owners were actually suing each other. Then came the Al Harrington saga. So I'm just hoping this time we can actually do something positive without drama.

Why doesn't someone come out and say they DIDN'T veto...then I won't be hating on anyone.

It's not a lot to ask for, if I don't get this after July 1st, I don't know what the point is cheering for a team that is absolutely not interested in winning.
