codyatl
Anyone know anythign about this kid? this is espn's prediction on who the Hawks will draft. Is it just me or are we drafting a pg every yr? The guy is 6'6 so I guess it would allow jt to go back to 2g.
JTFan31
NBAdraft.net.......has alot of info on every prospect, go check it out. Honestly I think we can pick up a good player at 21...much better than Dickau. There is some Im intrigued about....Like Gaines and Moore.....we need a swingman, 6'6 or 6'7, that is consistent with his shot, fly on the court and jump out of the gym, in other words we need some ahleticism at the 2 guard with a consistent jumper and someone that can handle the point part time. jeddelong
From ESPN: 5. Aleksandar Pavlovic, Buducnost (Yugoslavia)* The line: 6-7, 210, 20 years old The skinny: Pavlovic is a 6-foot-7 athletic swingman who some scouts are comparing to Peja Stojakovic. While scouts say that he struggles as a defender and doesn't have a great long-range game, other teams feel he could be a kid who could come in and make an impact in year one. The rumor is that he already has a promise between 14 and 19.
coachx
This guy sounds like what we need. A defensive specialist at the 2 guard. A 2 guard who plays no defense will be trouble paired with Dog Granted Gaines and Moore would be a better fit but they may be gone when #21 comes around. Unfortunately, Gaines will be gone for sure. The Celtics and Jazz both need PGs and pick right before us. I see Gaines and Moore as 2 guard with some pg qualities so maybe they go with the more traditional pg and leave Moore or Gaines for us.
