Smoove deserve the max contract. This guy has improved every year. Every year he goes out to work with the past great players to improve his game. he shows the dedication.

Hell, I say dont stop shooting the jumpers Smoove because once they start falling you will be an All-Star every year.

He would be an All-Star this year if he hadn't started the year out chucking. He has been the best player on our team the past 2 months and a definite All-Star but all the national media and fans see him doing are highlight plays and awful jumpers.

Well, ASG took a GIGANTIC risk not giving Smoove his money in the offseason, and if Smoove continues to play like he has recently, he indeed will probably command max money. It's possible. Question is, how much will he command, and how much is the ASG committed to building a winner?

True, but the FO pretty much low-balled him knowing that he likely wouldn't take the deal. But you are right, more could have been done on both sides. Either way, they will have one las tango this offseason to get it right.
