Way I see it, we are still number 1 on Joe's list. Cavs just paid 8 mil to Varejao so he is getting PT, they have their sophmore Hickson whom I think they want to develop at some point, they are looking at Powe and although he won't begin the season would still contribute when it matters to them which is april. They picked up two guys that can play SF in Parker and Moon meaning most likely Lebron will see more time at PF aswell especially with big Shaq holding down the middle. Joe Smith will just be in a logjam in Cleveland and would actually see more PT here not to mention more money. Only way I see Joe going to Cleveland now is if he wants a ring for riding the bench.

The Cavs payroll is around 80 mil right now with 39 mill already going to Shaq, Z and Varejao. Giving the luxury tax situation, whatever they pay Joe Smith, they will have to double it. I don't see him returning to the Cavs.
