why wont Horford close out on Boozer?!

He was late on couple closeouts but some of that was due to Boozer FINALLY setting a pick for the PnP. That changed a lot and it made Al have to make a decision to seal Rose or get Boozer. When you watch the tape on the Bulls. Boozer would rarely set a real pick. Gibson did but not Boozer.
