Gee is a restricted FA and we have almost no money to offer so there's no chance we can get him unless they agree to SnT him to us and that's not likely to happen.

It's only for like 2 million or something like that and Cleveland would waste about 1 second thinking about matching that. But even then Gee would have to agree to a contract for that amount and there's no chance at this point that he'd do that.
