is if KG agreed to a contract extension and took a significant pay cut. If KG would agree to take a pay cut when his current contract ran out and sign for a starting salary of $16-18 million, I'd pull the trigger on that deal. But if he is looking for anywhere near his current $26 million/season (let alone a raise), I wouldn't do it.

If Theo/Reef together make around $22 million, I think KG is worth at least $17 million. My rationale is that I would take KG/Nazr (Nazr's $5 million plus KG's $17 million is equal to SAR's and Theo's combined salaries) over SAR/Theo.

If KG wouldn't take a pay cut though, then you have a situation where you could afford SAR, Theo AND Nazr (or another player worth at least $ 5 million) for the price of KG and that is just too much for KG or anyone else not named Shaq.

Yeah putting a Finals team together is a big hassle.We should

look to hope to make the first round and lose because that is

the best we could ever do with the team we have now.
