Looking at the list above, what about giving Deshawn Stevenson a look?

no no and thrice no. why in the world would we want to bring in a guy who's been in the L for four years, couldn't thrive in Utah's system, and can only play sg (and perhaps some, some sf). He's not better than Diaw (or most likely Childress)...and he CANNOT play the point, at any time...so you go figure out why not...

that...and we only need bigs or true pg's at this point.

Hmm, well at this time of the development of this team I figured we're looking to get as many good players as possible to improve the number of trade assets. Just like West has been creating a deep team with the thought of trying to combine two or more of those players to get your hands on a marquee player if in the meantime your players don't develop into one.

With regards to Deshawn, kid came out of HS and is what, 22/23 now. Now I know we don't need another sg, but he has shown flashes and if we can get him on the cheap is in my opinion worth a look.
