Hawksqauwk is the most civil board on the Web

Believe it or not. I went to a few messageboards last night out of curiosity. A Physics message board consistented mostly of people fighting over religious matters, cursing, and the other post lead to horrible racial slurs. A hackers messageboard led to a planned fight in some park in Chicago. After seeing the horror of these board I have to say this is the most civil messageboard on the Web.

I used to belong to a homebrewers list that was very civilized, but you're right, most are full of hotheads, regardless of the supposed educational level of the participants.

for a while it was a bit hectic, to say the least. Hopefully a winning season will pull the fans closer together and give everyone here something to rally behind and enjoy as fans, instead of debating every minutia to death.
