He was drafted to be a basketball player. Passing and defense were considered his strengths. But he was brought to this team to become a more complete player that happened to be a better passer and defender than most guys at his position. He was expected to work on the deficiencies in his game (shooting/scoring) and he was not willing to do that.

He could fit in well in phoenix. But they are going to demand him to be more aggressive offensively. He's going to get way more open looks there than he got here. If he passes those up like he did here, he will be on the bench and on his way back to France before long.
