Per team policy, terms of the deal were not released. Schenscher, 7-1, 255, averaged 7.3 ppg and 5.4 rpg over his four-year career at Georgia Tech and ranks fifth all-time in school history with 157 blocked shots. He averaged 10.1 ppg and 7.3 rpg last year as a senior. As a junior, he helped lead the Yellow Jackets to the 2004 NCAA title game and averaged 14.0 ppg and 11.5 rpg at the Final Four. Schenscher played with Denver at the Reebok Vegas Summer League in July, starting all six games and averaging 5.0 ppg and 2.7 rpg in 14.7 minutes. I'm happy for him, but I also don't see him mounting to anything, and he will just go along with the majority of the centers. I wonder how he's going to deal with the air in Denver.
