When Golden State was in talks with the Hornets last off-season, they refused to include Stephen Curry in a package for Chris Paul, so I seriously doubt they're going to let him go for a Joe Johnson package.I think if we're trying to make moves, while also getting rid of Joe, the best move would be Joe Johnson, Jeff Teague for Devin Harris, Paul Millsap. This gives us a proven P&R PG that so many of us have wanted and a consistent, reliable PF who can play within a system while also making Josh Smith very expendable.

He's already opted out of his contract and is an unrestricted free agent this off-season, should the Hawks pursue?

You're concentrating too much on one match up. Take a minute to think about how in the world they're going to guard Joe. Bradley? Too small, Joe's post game would overwhelm him. Ray? Ray's been having bone spurs for a couple weeks now, I'd like to see him shut down anybody with the old legs. Pietrus has a chance, though starting Rondo/Bradley/Pietrus would be suicide if LD has any sense to counter with Teague/Joe/Marvin. How about the benches? I can confidently say we're better at every reserve position and there's really not much discussion there. I'm not saying we're going to blow them away, but we're not going to get swept.

I'm not saying the music they play now is any good, but I'd purposely stay away from the telecast until the tip-off if they decided to add representative Atlanta-based rap to the telecast in anyway shape or form. Unfortunately, real rap is dead, but hip-hop, in general, has been killed, beaten, mutilated, and mangled in Atlanta.. Case in point, "rappers" such as Gucci Mane and Young Jeezy. However, if FS could somehow strike a deal with an artist that represents the "A" well, I'd be all for it.

I really don't mind which games we win or lose at this point of the season as long as we stay where we are in the playoff standings.. The 6th seed, IMO, would be a helluva lot more favorable for us than the 5th.
