I wish people would just come out and say Al has not been bringing his A game no matter what. LOL so true Lets just pray this was more about a desperate Magic team and not bad things comin for the hawks. I understand everybody being frustrated including me. However I have to say I'm a fan because one I'm from here never lived anywhere else and I just can not root for any other team and I have pro teams in this city. I really do like these guys on the team and I would hate to see them go and really ball outta control somewhere else although I know thats how the business works. I think my favorite player is Josh Smith eventhough a lot of people like to hate on him maybe because he is from here as well. I have a question for you people always talk about Dallas but their fans should be frustrated to I mean they havent been out of the 1st round in a couple of years, lost to an 8th seed when they were number 1 and choked in the champonship game when they were up by 2 games how can people really feel Dallas is such a great team but they have their issues in the playoffs as well. If we are just speaking about playoff success I would be more mad if I were a Dallas Fan the a Hawk Fan #butthat'sjustme. Anyway I'm still rooting for the hawks in the playoffs here's hoping and praying they prove all the haters and doubters wrong

You are so right I love all these guys on the team (even though this year they have been so inconsistent) but yeah I DONT KNOW WHY AL KEEPS GETTING A PASS?? even by the local media. Hey I'm back BICHES after a long hiatus. I have been exercising my husband's money all over the U.S.(lol) anyway let me get it out the way now YES,YES,YES and Yes u all all right Joe has not lived up to his contract this year. In fact this has record wise and standing wise has been a dissapointing year for our hawks. However, I know people think it is an excuse but to me it is a reason we have never been this physically hurt as a team this year. It seems like everybody has been hurt in some form or fashion. I watch the games and want to scream sometimes with all the jumpshots especially with them not falling as a fan u r wondering to yourself if I can see it at home y cant the players understand or see that they need to drive to the hole. With that being said and all of us getting mad with the players etc All is not lost they can do something postive in the playoffs they just have to believe in each other and themselves and 4get about what we as fans and the media think. Those who are waiting 4 Dwight Howard and CP3 to come and save this franchise is just living in a dream world. If it happens fantastic but I'm not going to hold my breath. What I pray for is that one owner will come in and buy this franchise and hire all the necessary personnel knowledgable about the game to help turn it around for the better. As much as I don't like at times how the ASG handle their business it is not the players fault so I will continue to support this group as long as they have on a hawks uniform it is just that simple. We can all debate who is overpaid, who is the leader, who gets to much blame, who gets not enough blame none of that matters in the playoff it is a new season it is 0 to 0. Instead of giving this team so much hate we can just wish them well in the playoffs or JUST FIND ANOTHER DAMN TEAM TO CHEER FOR!!!!!!!!! its just that simple;-) Besides there is plenty of room on the NY, and Miami ship before it starts to sink like the titanic. Would I be happy if we had a team full of superstars sure I'm not crazy but only if they played as a team. Because I don't care how many superstars you have on a team if they don't play unselfish and as a cohesive group they will get beat to. Team will beat SUPERSTARS any day of the week ask the Pistons in 04. I know I have been rambling on and on but I will say this I am a native Atlantan and I will support all of my teams and I will continue to do so in the playoffs. My wish is for all of the Negative Posters that are mad about the sky being blue find another board and team #thatisall. S/N something I have been wondering why do the falcons and braves continue to get a pass in this city. The falcons have yet to win one playoff game but because we have the golden boy its okay SMH alrigh bye bye

Y don't u just go far away hot clearly u r never satisfied. Yes is it frustrating and dissapointing that the hawks let the lead slip away and hopefully they will play focused for 48 min on tuesday. However u r never satisfied if they loose u moan if they win u moan so y not just go and support a NBA team u like and stop wastin our time and yours postin straight venom and hate. I dont like everything they do but u knw what no team in the NBA is PERFECT case in point Cavs let Chicago come back after bein up by 20pts plus but does any1 say anything no becuz its Lebron. As special as Lebron is he is n the same boat as we r u see he hasnt won the big trophy yet either. I know this is would be considered a crime to say but I am glad ORL won today. I am so over Shaq right now and his SUPERMAN NAPOLEON COMPLEX he act as if it is 1992 its not Shaq grow up!!! I am 34 so I am old enough to remember Shaq's dominance and how noone could stop him even when he was at LSU, but cmon now get over yourself. You are still a force in the middle but you are not what you use to be that's not an opinion thats a fact. I know this maybe a ploy to get under dwight's skin but it just sounds and seems a little immature on Shaq part. 10 and 12 yr old boys are not saying they want to be shaq anymore they are saying they want to be Dwight. Well, its time for me to vent about a few things that concern me about my hawks. First of all I am probably one of the biggest NBA and Atlanta Hawks fan that could ever be found. I want nothing but the best for this team and although we are now experiencing success I was there during the dark ages and still supported, loved and defended the team. Well now I have one question for the players will somebody other than JOE JOHNSON and Jamal Crawford plz step up???? I have some questions for certain players and here they are......................................................... 1. Mike Bibby WTH happen to your shot? I knw shooting slump occur but DAMN!! How long has it been since we seen the ball go through the net for you?? 2. Marvin I'm not one of these people who feel like u are a bust but cmon Marv I knw u can do better Why don't u drive the ball more to the hole especially when your shot is not fallin?? 3. Mo Evans I Like you I really do, when you first came you were ballin of the bench. But once again WTH happen to your shot?? Everytime u come in the game u foul the opposing player cmon now!!! That's it for now if I am wrong I'm sure u all will let me knw but with all that being said HAWKS I still love ya like a fat kid love cake. And all of those guys except Rondo is on a team with a losing record. I am a native Atlantan and this is my issue with transplants they wanna be in hollywood but cant affortd to live there so they compromise and come to the"A". The hawks are a team that play like a team and because we don't have a "Queen James" people wanna say we are not exiciting to watch. Its sad that people "transplants" in Atlanta don't support a good or know when they have a great thing staring them in their face. Joe the real fans got your back!!!

Okay since last Friday things have been gloom and doom around here, but we as hawk fans need to stop it right now. Okay so yeah they got beat by Orlando in a PRESEASON game on Natl T.V. Well duh at this point Orlando has better talent not that we can't beat them in a game but Orlando has better talent. I mean look what happen to Cleveland last year and they have or some people say (The best player right now in the game). It is never easy as a fan to watch your team get beat, humilated, talked about and embarrassed, like that but it happens to the best of teams. Hell you get over it learn and grow. I have no doubt the hawks will do that. I think maybe what happened we fell 4 the hype that orl lost something with Hedo clearly they didnt.(Cleveland betta watch out getting Shaq is not gonna automatically solve yall problems.) The unceartinty of Joe leaving or staying is out of our hands clearly I want him 2 stay but if he doesn't I will be dissapointed and maybe a little hurt but guess what I will just get divorce and marry JOSH, AL, OR JAMAL LOL!!! anyway, what I am trying 2 say is let's not predict the End before the season Begins injuries will happen unfortunately, players deciding to leave will happen. But I am a fan and until the end yes I will cuss the players out from time to time but I appreciate what we have and the grass is not always greener on the other side. It is so funny 2 me that the natl media act as if we haven't improved each year. We are not the same old hawks, yes it has taken a little longer to actually progress but as the old saying goes slow and steady will win the race. Remember the story the turtle and the hare? Sorry for all the child like references I teach Prekindergarten. ESPN, NBA.COM and any of the other natl publications and websites can keep thinking we are going to slip and watch we end up being the silent killers. We won't make a sound but when it is all over the NBA will say WHO WERE THOSE MASKED MEN?
