  1. I think Josh looks much better defending the three this year. I guess the weight loss they talked about in the preseason gave him a step or two.
  2. Very exciting game to watch, lots of encouraging things happening. Hopefully Kirk plays like this for the rest of the season. I was a little disappointed in Teague though, 2-8. Going under screens against Lawson didn't seem like a good idea, but I guess they adjusted in the 2nd half. He really needs to learn how to finish at the rim. Is that something that guys learn? I am beginning to think no after all these years of watching Zaza. Do you guys think this was more of a Kirk showcase before the deadline? Joe guarding Gallinari is a pretty bad matchup, whereas Marvin would've probably been better.
  3. Did anyone else notice that Ibaka didn't seem to realize that Josh is a lefty? He was forcing him left all night and getting killed, of course. Sorry for the late comments I had to watch the game a day late.

    Joe's shoes

Maybe he should buy everyone a pair.
  5. Its nice to see Kirk moving around, looking for the ball and getting guys in position. Setting off ball screens and the like, trying to be intense on D. He needs to get in game shape though (says the fat guy).
  6. Ugh I was saying the same thing about Marvin. He was 0-5 today and seems like 4 of those were at the rim.
  7. I certainly hope he is coming back to form. I noticed the almost triple double as well, I wondered if that was just a product of being single covered for most of the game or them running better plays for him or him just being more assertive about scoring. Either way I think we need more of it on days Teague is afraid to contribute on a consistent basis.
  8. Be sure to vote for him too!
  9. I read cunninghams article earlier today and it has potential to help but I just think it won't help that much because we will have a lower cap by waiving said player. I guess if you can replace the waived player with someone who makes half as much and still improve the team then there is a benefit. But our franchise is cheap and I'm sure they wouldn't really like to pay the player who got waived and pay the new player to replace him.
  10. Yeah I think the waiving benefits a team with deep pockets. We don't have that. A team like Orlando might benefit from it more.
  11. It should've been us getting demolished by the heat!!
  12. I really don't like the heat so I hope he is.
