An nba game is 48 minutes long. 12 to 15 minutes off a nice means he is still playing 33 to 35 mpg. He currently averages around 35 mpg, so a drop of 2 mpg shouldn't be a big deal to him.

You won't be able to have a proper rebuild if you have Smith, Horford, Marvin, Teague, and Crawford on the team. You won't be bad enough to realistically have a shot at a top pick in the draft. So that leaves rebuilding by hoping one of your players explodes into a star (which I think could happen with JJ) or hope that you can trade for a star and build the team via fa, which isn't a smart thing to do.

How are we gonna win a title in the 6th year? Is a mystery free agent going to sign with us and going to make us a contender? Or is Josh, Marvin, and Horford all going to get injured and we will draft our savior?
