    I blame it on our lack of hitting shots. If Korver shot like he normally does, and both Dennis and Jeff make their layups, we would be up 3-0.

    The first quarter killed us. Teague, Korver, Millsap, and Horford were all off. We need a better effort than that. Hopefully this loss can serve as a wake up call, that can get this team even hungrier.

    I'm surprised by the defensive intensity that Brooklyn is showing. Hawks need to counter this by being more aggressive.

    In the playoffs, you take any win that you can get. It's not always going to be a guarantee that we blow teams out every night. As long as the defense is clicking I'm fine with what the Hawks are doing.

    The refs nearly cost us this game. It was a fugly win but I'll take it.

    He actually tore a ligament in his thumb, which I would assume would be more serious. Al should be able to pull through tommorrow. It's important for him to ice it so the swelling can go down.

    Hawks got the dub, that's all that mattered. Only thing I'd like to see change from now up until game 2 is to see Millsap shake off his rust.

    I hope 2 days of rest is enough for Al to get his pinky back to normal. It was obvious that he didn't have his touch after he dislocated it. Other than that, nice win! Let's keep it going!

    Give me a 3 and D wing, who can contribute immediately. I haven't really payed attention to college basketball this season, so someone should fill me in on who exactly fills that role.
