What was even the injury? Was it during a preseason game?

Eh, there's been concerns on other forums....the trade situation just magnifies it here. And the internet hype around Luka was unreal. Even this season his pretty basic highlights are all over the front page of /r/NBA for no reason other than the fact that its Luka.

Watched my second full Mavs game of the season last night....generally not that impressed yet by Doncic (And I've been Staning pretty hard for him). Big enough to body people up, but missed on some wide open looks and doesn't really look all that fast. And his vision is nowhere near where Young is at right now. A couple of the highlight plays look good, but his usage was pretty high last night. I think Trae and Luka stay at the top of stats for rookies due to usage alone.

Yeah, they're fun to watch. I watched 10 minutes of Charlotte play and just couldn't. And outside of PHX, I think we're in the best position possible for the future as far as current non-contenders go.

I was impressed he played 38 minutes. He's looked gassed out there at one point or another just about every game.

No doubt. And no big name would willingly come to ATL with that roster. And considering all that didn't happen when Budcox was GMing which inevitably caused the tank....I can see how that conversation went.

The way up to the second level is still the same but I didn't try to go into any seats. I think a lot of structural stuff was left the same and they built around it. They also still had a bit of work to do for some areas. The entire hawk shop was still empty/being remodeled, monitors down in a lot of places, etc. I'm getting there right when doors open on Wednesday to check everything out again because of that.

I....didn't see it. But I also wasn't looking for it. They did turn some of the old court into bars you can sit at, though!

What's the timetable for Dedmon coming back? I haven't heard anything other than light practice. And really, I think there's minutes for for Len, Spellman, Dedmon and JC.

Yeah. In terms of raw talent CLE is still a better team. They made some awful defensive decisions last night that contributed to Young's performance but still....you don't stumble into 35 pts in your 3rd NBA game without doing something right. We were a different team with Lin out there vs. Young.

Yeah....I'm not sure why they numbered the way they did since there are still a lot of old '200' seats. More than what was initially described so part of me thinks there were some changes when it came to removing seats. My old section 221, which i was told was going away, is still there. But worst case scenario you're looking at one of the biggest jumbotrons in the league so yeah.

I think priorities change depending on how the rooks shake out. Spellman could be good, Kev could be good, Young will likely be good, and we all know Collins is good. I think Prince is high usage, and would be a great 6th man. I don't see him being part of the starters after the next season or two.

I went, if anyone has interest I can post some pictures. I'm in the players club section, which is very cool. It has an open area that goes to the tunnel where the players enter/exit the locker room. It also has a glassdoor room to the press area, which is all in a private bar that you enter at center court. The new monitors look great. There is still a lot of mid level seating, and the boxes are still there, just not as many. It's really a 'there's not a bad seat in the house' kind of vibe. I think its really mirroring the aesthetic of Mercedes-Benz, but a lot more polished. I've been to a lot of NBA stadiums, and out side of a couple (mostly for historical reasons) it is pretty frickin cool.

Could be the city edition? I have one of those.
