Ok... so first half summary: Dennis with nice touch so far. Nearly perfect. Hit some tough looks in the midrange. Baze with the behind the back into the stands. Perfect sum up of his game. Prince play in those last games is insufficient. Really does everything wrong. Bazeish drives all game long. Illy plays his game. Hard working. Collecting charges. Plumlee is trying hard but seems unable to set a solid screen. Dinwiddie always slipped around him. Babbitt wasn't seen on the court yet. Bembry plays a nice overall game. Sometimes gets stuck while trying to do too much. Taylor is once again a perfect bench spark plug. Cavanaugh is probably my favorite player so far this season. Seems like a really humble dude who leaves his heart on the floor. Never ever thought to get that much out of our two way player. Belinelli didn't have the opportunities to score yet. Gets lost on screens trying to stay with the opponent a couple of times.

Funny thing is I actually think that's one of the things which makes Prince play throughout the last couple of games exceptionally bad. He is really overdoing that * jumping while bending around the opponent stuff *. Everytime it results in a awkwardly bad shot with horrible touch on it. He should go back to doing simpler things. Let the game come to him. Not overdoing stuff.

Thats exactly the point I'm not rating his scoring outbursts as high. I watched full coverage of him in every game he played so far. There's really nothing astonishing to see so far outside of him being a man among boys. Looks like Bol bol at the prep or Zion in HS. He hasn't shown much of a skillset to me at all so far. To me he has the second highest bust potential out of the consensus top 5. Potential: 1.Bamba 2/3/4. Ayton Bagley Porter 5.Doncic Bust Potential: 1.Porter 2.Bagley 3 .Bamba 4.Ayton 5.Doncic

In general you're right. The difference is that I just don't see the talent gap between either of the top 4. If the talent is the same I'd go with best fit.

I wouldn't want Bagley on our team simply because of the fact that we already have Collins who displays a pretty much similar skillset. He's the only top pick who really doesn't fit with the players we have. Ayton as a Embiid type of C makes sense. Bamba as Gobert with a jumper makes sense. Most potential of all those guys. Doncic as 2 guard next to Dennis makes sense even though I'd like to see Pierres development first.

I'm pretty sure we'll be a lot better on the defensive end next year. More often than not effort is the issue. For example forgetting to close out on the weak side after the ball transfers all the way over. I think Bud won't really call it out in this tanking season. Next year otoh he'll be way harsher with such easy errors

I'd sell high on Dedmon on the deadline. I think it's time to aquire as many picks as possible.

Only because I'm german I'm not always with what Dennis does. Hes the reason I became a hawks fan. But if he's bad I'm the first to point that out. If you'd actually compared their stats before tonights game that would've been the case but since you don't care about anything I write and supposedly not stats I'm sure you'll bend it some way that it fits your agenda

Dennis can't catch a break. Cavanaugh is great! Never thought he could give us anything. All those 3's keep us alive. Collins slowly coming alive Pretty sure we blow it though. If Dennis keeps playing the same way we dont have the firepower to win this game

Dennis has 4 assists in the first half (somehow they didn't count that Bazemore bucket in the last minute). It would look a whole lot of different if he would finish his easy looks. Somehow he's not shooting it with the same confidence as usually. great D on the other end so far!!

Although Boston sure as hell has the better roster, the jury is still out on which 3 pieces are better. Prince, Collins, Brown and Tatum are still in their first years of basketball. Also I'd like to review in the end of the season if Kyrie is the better player than Dennis. So far this season they are pretty much on par.

I'm pretty sure the trouble Howard would've caused would be bigger than the benefits of still having the 2nd rounder. On the Millsap situation. Honestly I rather have him off the cap sheet than giving him a not movable max contract which we later sit on if he doesnt perform

OK but that simply wouldn't fulfill their claim of getting better until you are a championship team. Sure it's an option but not if you want to get better. You can get better through trading assets or the draft. We had not one asset this offseason. Not one. Thats why the end of the story is we had no chance to get better while avoiding the tank. We had no options. Period.

The thing is they pretty much blame Schlenk for everything going on. Like come on. Schlenk is doing the best thing he possibly can do in this situation. The faults were made before he was here.

Its just too much traffic over there. And they keep denying everything associated with tanking but on the other hand won't give any solutions. I simply wanted to confront them here where it's not as easy to avoid the question
