Jalen is the 4. OO making the switch has passed. I don't think we will just trade dump Capela to start OO because it would have happened already. There were deals on the table this summer that we could have taken to clear the way. We'll see what the deadline looks like.

Q1. How many more wins do you see Quin bringing than Nate? I think Quin will be about 5 wins better. I don't think the roster is where it needs to be for him yet. Q2. If the opportunity afforded itself and there were no hard feelings and pure professionalism and great friendship.... Would you take Coach Bud right now over Quin. No, Bud is difficult to work with from what I've heard and I don't think he would be the right fit with Trae. Quin and Trae should mesh very well.

I personally don't think that Siakam is the right guy, but the whole point of building is to find your star (Trae), sign complimentary vets, draft and develop players around him, and when the time comes... consolidate some of that developing talent and assets for all-star level players that can take you to the next level. We're closing in on the later. Trae and Dejounte can't wait years for guys to develop, especially when it looks like we're a move away from competing for an Eastern Conference Championship at least.

Simply put, he's a development project and that is fine. He shouldn't and doesn't need to play this season. As long as we hold on to Patty, he can play games in College Park when we're on the road and practice with the NBA guys when we're at home.

He'll be good.... in College Park. He needs to develop. Gueye is more NBA ready at this point imo.

Exactly. I'm excited about AJ, but if I only have to trade one of him, JJ, and OO for someone that's already a star, it's an easy decision. Make the damn move.

KAT/Gobert is a better version of what KAT/CC would be. You have to keep the more versatile OO.

J Crossover and it's not even close for me.

I think this would be better for the team anyways. Trae/DJM/KAT can make us a contender and I don't think Trae/DJM/Siakam can.

And apparently it looks like they can't get a better one.
