    I’m thinking the streak ends tonight. Heat would rather throw 5 guys at Trae all night and lose by 20 than let him extend his streak tonight.

    Bedard 4 assists in last 2 games! Love that the coach finally put him and Reichel together. I did watch last night, but only to see he minutes Trae played.

    My sources are telling me that players are telling their agents that they don't want to be traded to ATL because they don't want to give up getting the chance to play vs ATL's efense 2-4x per year.

    cool, now apply that same HIM logic to Trae being in year 6 with a team that is now 11-15 and going nowhere. This should be interesting watching KG turn himself into a pretzel.

    I'm waiting for a "bench for Shaq" type proposal. That's a saying me and a buddy came up with in the 90s when morons would calll Chicago sports radio and offer up Cliff Levingston, Stacey King, Craig Hodges, Jud Buechler and some other scrub for a very young Shaq. Started calling all homer one sided trade proposals a "bench for Shaq" type deal.

    what pieces that don't involve Trae do you really think Detroit would trade Cade for. And maybe we should do this trade BEFORE we play them and he lights us up for 40+. Last night alone probably added a FRP to the equation.

    You’re not far off in your assessments but you’ve got the wrong team. I’ve been eyeing OKC all year. Big Chet fan for a few years. probably watched half their games this year. Very fun team to watch, especially after watching this drek for the past couple years.

    Reread the article. The standing around affects the effort on defense by the rest of the team.

    the proof is in the pudding. even Lowe mentions it in the article. Watching 2 guys do all the work, watching your so called leader just stand around, watching your star player continually choose to stand around behind the play yelling at refs rather than play defense...these are all things that can suck the life out of the rest of the team. And the first thing to go when that happens is effort. And defense is 90% effort. 1+1 = 2
