I also see what you are talking about but it is prolly an error. They just redid Hawks.com, so that is prolly why. He is still on the official roster.

That data is being pulled from a database, probably on NBA.com and most likely from the same database that it was coming from before so thats a very strange error. It wouldnt be the first time a teams website accidentally "leaked" something about a trade in an unusual fashion though.

I think this Al for Darko thing has come up too many times to just be wishful thinking on BKs part. There has to be some substance to it.

Those areas are being pulled from different databases, or different tables within the same database. This probably doesnt mean anything, but who knows, it just might.

I wouldnt loose any sleep over having wishful thoughts because it is easy to make mistakes that arent caught by the programmers themselves, but there is always hope that maybe we have gotten Magloire, Nene, or Darko for Al.....we can all hope LOL.

however, al's data was in that db yesterday...why would someone have deleted his data, on purpose or accidently?

well whenever there is a trade, the person traded is removed from those dbs

but usually it doesn't happen (or we don't notice) until after the trade is announced
