Something I've been wondering...

When you're playing Spider Solitaire Medium and Hard Level, is there only 1 correct solve? & does each game have a solve?

there are more than one complete solves, at least at the medium level where I've beaten a set more than once (but restarting the game just prior to finishing the last stack). the hard level is significantly more difficult period.

I've beaten the medium 33% of the time...

I have never beaten the hard. The farthest I have gotten is 3 stacks...

I notice in the medium that there is a specific sequence that must be followed that will get you the vic... I also noticed that sometimes, you can just get a bad beat... I mean, that last two deals are deals that nothing you do works. This led me to believe that either there are some games that there must be only one way to do it or that the cards are generated totally at random and there is no way to beat a few...

Unlike Freecell which has a set number of games and each one has a solve (except 2 I believe)...I know a guy who has claimed that he has solved them all except 1 and he's been working on it for 14 yrs!!! That's what I would call... OBSESSION!

I'm pretty sure each one does have a solve. I'm not sure which ones do or don't have multiple ones

Also that guy needs a life. He sounds like the guy on a mission to visit every starbucks in the world...
