I would like to get Marcus Williams with a second first round pick. Do u think a combo of Salim and a couple second rounders could get us a 16 - 17 pick?

cap, something in me fears putting Salim & Williams on the same team...just with their attitudes, positions, etc, I see it as a likely recipe for trouble, sooner rather htan later...

That is why I was talking about trading Salim and some second rounders for him.

There has been a lot made that he is not NBA ready. It would be a short list of all the guys that have come into the league since they started drafting high school guys. They are all projects.

Info I read said that Bargnani made significant strides on defense this year. Like all young kids he starts out on the God given talent and then has to work to develop the rest. The good news is that he's got lots of God given talent and he's not afraid work hard to develop the rest.

I think he's got great potential.

I think that makes a lot of sense. i think he's a west coast player and he's played enough to show what he's got. Seems everyone was surprised he fell into the second round last year. Your suggestion of Salim and our second ought to bring a second first rounder that could pick up a point guard.
