Dickau out 4-6 weeks, Matt Maloney coming in......

Dan Dickau the new rookie from Gonzaga had knee surgery earlier as he will be out 4-6 weeks. He doesn't have a problem with it in fact he thinks he will be better when back. It has been bothering him for a while. Fromer Hawk Matt Maloney is expected to take his place until Jan. of 2003. The sharp shooting PG was a fan favorite in Houston and also one in Atlanta, and now he will be back! HE'S BACK!

He can be awful or awfully good. When he's hot, Hawks

would win.

I think that MM would be awfully good now. If his skills hasn't eroded, it would be interesting. Before, he had some ham and eggers he could past to. Now with Big Dog, SAR, Theo... MM should be an outstanding backup. Even with Glover, Hendu, and the rest of the minnesota wrecking crew, MM should do good work.
