Just about to leave and noticed no one had started a game thread, so here it is. I'm being a total Homer here but I say Hawks 88-85!

THey are putting together a really good team and will fight for the playoffs this year.

great start; came out hustling and got several steals in first few minutes

howard already has 2 fouls which is good for us

3 steals for jj, 2 for speedy

Wow. We really really suck. Josh Smith should not be getting more minutes or shots than Childress. Solomon Jones looks twice as good and as NBA ready as Shelden Williams. Zaza having one of the worst games I've ever seen anyone play and Lue chucking up shots as always. Ugh.

Oh and Speedy Claxton must've forgotten there was a game today because he definitely didn't show up. Hope we can blame it on missing training camp. Otherwise, wow.
