Stanley Roberts is BACK!

I will always have a soft spot for Stanley Roberts in my heart (and stomach) because I got to watch him as he was at LSU and I was at Florida.

Then, Fat Stanley went to the Magic, where he was as inconsistent in the pros as in college.

Now, after three seasons of suspension, Fat Stanley is back! Hooray!

He says he has "kept himself in shape". Riiiiiiight. This guy couldn't stay in shape when he was an everyday player in the NBA, so we are supposed to believe that after not having a gig for three seasons, he could "step on the court today and dunk on most of the NBA"?

I will say this, however, that his size and height are likely in high demand, and the Sixers have a month to decide his future.

If Oliver Miller and Shawn Kemp can get jobs, I guess I can't put it past the league to suit up Fat Stanley once more.
